Jennifer Lopez on W Magazine "I never appreciated my body"

Singer and actress Jennifer Lopez opens up about body confidence and how she wasn't always feeling herself nor appreciating her body.

In her March W Magazine cover story, Jennifer Lopez opens up about her journey toward loving herself. 

When the singer and actress fist started out she felt insecure.  Jennifer said 

"I never appreciated my body or my looks when I was in my 20s," 

She also told W. 

"Now I’m like, Look at me! Look at you! Not in a conceited or arrogant way—I just appreciate myself in a way I didn’t when I was that age. And it's not about perfection. I like the scars that I have."

Looks like those"scars" mean more to Jennifer as they're reminders of her performances.  She said "My knees are so bruised all the time, from my shows," and "I think, I am going to have all this scar tissue. But then I'll be like, 'This is from all the shows I did—when I used to slide across the stage and everybody went 'Aaaah!'"

Body confidence is key. Jennifer Lopez is still serving many looks and is still looking flawless as she did back when heard Jenny from the block.

New Edition breaks BET rating records

New Edition's three part biopic film has set a new BET rating record.

The biopic shows the journey from their Boston beginnings to individual solo success and everything in between.

Portrayed by Bryshere Y Gray, Keith Powers, Luke James, Elijah Kelley, Algaee Smith and Woody McClain.

The three part biopic got 29million viewers during the premier week, and was trending on Twitter for three days straight. The trending hashtag was #NewEditionBiopic.

Looks like BET has new rating records, story part 1 and 3 were the highest ratings and most watched tele cast in 5 years.

Now New edition has definitely left their mark as they finally got their own star but now the movie has officially made its mark.

Gabrielle Union's Hair Line

Looks like the actress Gabrielle Union is bringing out something new. The Being Mary Jane star is branching out and starting a new hair line.

The new hair line will be called Flawless and will be available March 1. 

The Flawless product line includes moisturising shampoo, moisturising conditioner, smoothing shampoo, smoothing Conditioner, Hair Masque, Blow Dry Cream, Hair Protection Spray, Shine Spray, Oil treatment and edge control gel. 

The products will range from $10-$29. 

It seems Gabrielle Union has been having trouble with her hair and the way she has to have it and the way she wanted it. Apparently on sets she was told that her hair had to be “appropriate” which meant nothing natural. She spent years wanting straighter hair — and even went to drastic steps to get it.

Gabriele Union also told WWD "I want to make sure that it's right for me, for my family, for my friends, and for every person with textured hair,". What do you guys think?

She said 

"I went through a phase where I would leave my relaxer on so long, thinking the longer I leave this relaxer on, the straighter it's going to be," 

"Cut to lesions, like open wounds in my scalp, trying to chase something that was unrealistic, and eventually probably in my mid- to late-20s I decided to give up my relaxer, and I went natural. By natural I mean underneath the weaves, extensions, clips and the hair colour was my natural hair — thriving."

Can't wait to see this new hair line and what else Gabrielle Union has in store.

Beyonce Pregnant with TWINS

Queen Bey has broken the Internet once again!! She definitely broke it with style. The singer announced that she's pregnant but that's not it she's expecting twins. 

Congratulations to Mr and Mrs Carter!

Beyonce blessed us with more pregnancy posts, with daughter Blue Ivy. I'm sure she's excited to become a big sister.

But it looks like singer and actress Selena Gomez doesn't hold the title for the most like Instagram pic. 

The singer has 6.3 million likes on her picture of her drinking from a Coca-Cola bottle with her lyrics on it. Beyonce has now taken the top spot scoring 7.3 million likes making it the most popular photo of all time. 

That's going to be very hard to top.

So if Beyonce ends up having girls she can really and truly start her own Destiny Child's, what do you guys think?

But again those children will be blessed. 

I'm sure when Kim Kardashian found out that Beyonce is having twins she called Kanye West straight away crying and asking for triplets. 

2017 is really starting to be great, Beyonce having twins, Pharrell's wife just gave birth to triplets, Cash Money Records are all friends again and it's Black History Month.

Remy Ma Miscarriages

On Monday Rapper and LHHP Remy Ma learnt in the New York episode that she was finally pregnant.

In the episode Remy found out she was pregnant, however, she found out she was having an ectopic pregnancy and the fetus needed to be removed, but that wasn't it. Remy also found out that she couldn't have any more natural pregnancies.

"I promised my husband that I would give him the child that he's been asking me for since almost the day he met me and I can't do that any more."

She also said:

“I never for one second thought that it would end like this,” she said in the video, still connected to machines and resting in her hospital bed. “With me in the hospital. With stitches in my stomach and no baby.”

Taking day by day, the couple are determined to still become parents one day. Remy wrote that once they find the right in vitro doctor, she wants Dr. Razmzan "to deliver my babies."

New Edition Premier

The premiere for the New Edition biopic was hosted by BET yesterday. 

The New Edition Story will be on small screens tonight on Jan 24, 25 and 26th 2017.  This biopic film will tell the story of the R&B group, Ricky Bell, Michael Bivins, Ronnie Devoe, Bobby Brown, Ralph Tresvant and Johnny Gill. Their journey from Boston where they started to Hollywood and more.

New Edition is best known for their hits "Candy Girl' "Cool it Now" "Telephone Man" and "Can you stand the rain". 

I cannot wait to watch this film, to see the creation of New Edition, the tensions between the group, the drugs, sex and the trouble they had with former member Bobby Brown. Majority would know Bobby Brown as Whitney Houston's husband. Well he had a great solo career with his major hit "Every Little Step".

The cast is played by Empire star Bryshere Y. Gray as Bivins, singer Luke James as Gill, Faking It star Keith Powers as DeVoe, Algee Smith as Tresvant and Woody McCain as Brown.

New Edition recently received their Star on Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Guess who's blog birthday it is? That's right it's mine!!
