Snoop Dogg's new shoe collaboration

So it looks like Pharrell is not the only one working with Adidas. Rapper and actor Snoop Dogg is the Director of Football Development for Adidas. For the people out there that didn't know this but Snoop is involved behind the scenes.

He now has these new football cleats coming out. Here's a fun fact for you all -  The cleat that Snoop has helped design is an inspired tribute to one of the rapper's favorite things that isn't marijuana! Can you guess what it is?...the answer is money.

The shoes are a part of adidas’s adizero 5-Star series. It has gold soles to golden clips on the laces that read “Gotta” and “Hustle” to a graphic featuring his infamous lyrics, “Money on My Mind” and “Mind on My Money”.

The cleats are available for sale for a not too bad price, but a bit pricey for some. It costs $120. $120 is £84 that's a bit of a stretch but still reasonable as there are other shoes and trainers that are more expensive.

I mean they do look decent, but I feel like I'm going to be seeing more boys wearing this than girls. Maybe a footballer might wear these for one of his matches, who knows.

Karruche Tran and her new tattoo line

It looks like the model is not finish yet with her new business trips. She recently opened up her own make up line called KaePop. It looks like the makeup collection is with ColourPop, and actually Karrueche's invention is rumored to have inspired Kylie Jenner on coming up with her Lip Kit. When the kit first launched, beauty experts were convinced that the matte liquid pigments came from ColourPop Cosmetics. 

But that's not stopping Karrueche Tran with coming up with a new idea.The stylist-model and former girlfriend to Chris Brown is now moving on to flash tattoos. She announced the news with a cheeky video on Instagram.

She captioned the video "They're here!! K INK temp tattoos are now available!! My own personal tattoos plus some of my favorite accessories - chokers, rings and arm bands in black and gold. Perfect for Coachellaaaaaaaa!"

Karrueche's collection includes metallic chokers, arm bands and even a replica of her signature zipper tattoo that's on the back of her right leg. Plus the flash tats arrive just in time for summer and festival season. 

So what do say guys are you going to give this a try?  I would love to try this, especially as summer is round the corner.

Mehcad Brooks is my MCM this week.

The actor and former fashion model is on the top of my list this week after finishing Season 1 of Supergirl.

From seeing him on TV series The Game and Necessary Roughness and movies such as Just Wright and Glory Road and now on Supergirl I am starting to fangirl more on Mehcad Brooks.

He has a cute smile, his height is everything I mean who doesn't love a guy who is 6'2 and of course his deep voice. 

So yes I admit that I am crushing on Mehcad right now!

Blue Ivy ready for Easter

It looks like Blue Ivy is ready for Easter, as mother Beyonce and aunt Solange prepared a cute early Easter tea party.

And it looks like Beyonce had some fun and a good go at editing the pictures she took of the two before sharing them.

Are you guys ready for Easter? 

The singer also came out of her hiding nest last week as she sat down with Garage for an interview. In the interview she went on and explained that one of her proudest moments ever was giving birth to daughter Blue Ivy. She told Garage: 

"Out of everything I've accomplished, my proudest moment, hands-down, was when I gave birth to my daughter, Blue."

How sweet is that?

Candice Swanepoel is expecting!

It looks like Victoria Secret model Candice Swanepoel is expecting her first child!

Victoria's Secret Angel Candice Swanepoel is pregnant with her first child and posted an adorable picture to Instagram to announce the happy news.

The South African model has been dating Hermann since she was 17 years old, and they got engaged in August of 2015.  Candice has always showed her love and desire on having a family one day. Infact she told Hello Fashion Monthly last year "I would love to have children". 

The South African model shared a black-and-white photo of what appears to be Brazilian fiance Hermann Nicoli's hand with hers on her stomach.

“Agora e #barrigapositiva ! #babyangel," she wrote in Portuguese.

Plus she can join her fellow Angels who have kids and who are expecting. Behati Prinsloo wife to lead singer of Maroon 5 Adam Levine is also expecting

In addition, Candice and Behati are best friends and it is rumoured that they are not far apart from each other in pregnancy due dates.

Sources say
"They both have been experiencing the first stages of being pregnant together and are happy to have each other who understand. They can't wait to be mommies!"

Zendaya is over 'Boxer Braids'

It looks like the 'boxer braids' trend is popping up again. This so called trend is not a trend, it's simply two braids or cornrows that black people wear as a hairstyle, this has been going on for many many many years. 

Singer and actress Zendaya is another celebrity who agrees with me and several other people out there that this is not a new trend. During an event for her #REALisBEAUTIFUL campaign, she explained that cornrows have been a part of the Black community since the beginning of time. She said to Clutch Magazine

"Braids are not new, black women have been wearing braids for a very long time. We've been using that as a protective style, as a hairstyle."

The new Covergirl also went on to explain how unfortunate it is that it took non-minority faces for the style to be recognized as a mainstream trend. For example, the Kardashians, Karli Kloss, Katy Perry and many more.

She said 

"Another problem is it became new and fresh and fun because it was on someone else other than a Black woman," "You know what I mean? So that is the frustration. That's where the [cultural] appropriate element comes into play."

On the New York Post they likened one of the first daughters, Sasha Obama who is a black young woman — to a slew of white figures like the Kardashians, Blake Lively, and Ronda Rousey, who they say recently popularized the trend. Unfortunately, this is not the truth nor the case.

In my opinion, I agree with Zendaya and go further on that, it does tend to happen that black culture 'trends' are celebrated within the black community but when someone outside the black community tries it somehow it's a new discovery but really it's not.

Rihanna working on a new video

As Rihanna is now on her ANTI tour she still seems to have time to be doing other work.

It looks like Rihanna is shooting a new music video, I wonder what song it is. During her break in Miami this week, Rihanna was caught doing a shoot for the music video for her second single from new album ANTI. It looks like she another sexy but raunchy look as she shot scenes at a plush mansion on Wednesday, going nearly nude under a sheer robe and holding a gun.

She's seen here with the gun, her camera crew and ready to shoot a video. I wonder what song it could be for. I mean she looks fierce and ready to show a lot of attitude. Can you guess what song it could be for? I'm guessing either 'Needed Me' or 'Desperado'.

Just seeing these few pictures already makes me so excited for this new music video to come out. Who knows she might make this video like a mini video.

Out of all of her tracks on ANTI I would like to see a music video for 'Needed Me', 'Love on the Brain', 'Higher', 'Close to You' and possibly a cheeky video for 'Sex with Me'.

Pixie Lott showing her sexy side

Singer Pixie Lott has recently shown us her sexy side as she modelled a few shots of her in lingerie, for a shoot. This was done after signing to Select Model Management. 

In some of the shots she's seen with some black suspenders as she modelled blonde Hollywood curls and a sultry stare. In another shot she's seen going braless under a black jacket. 

I must say she looks amazing in these shots.

The unseen images are set to be released in April. 

But that's not all for the star, she's also having fun with the acting side. Pixie Lott is currently starring as Holly Golightly in Breakfast at Tiffany’s which launched last week in Leicester and is rumoured to be doing very well.

Jhene Aiko has BIG news for us

Singer Jhene Aiko celebrated her birthday yesterday and turned 28. But that's not all, the singer had a very special birthday.

The singer and her rumored man, Dot Da Genius, finally confirmed the rumors that they tied the knot, thanks to a sweet birthday message Dot posted for his wife:

"Happy Birthday to my gorgeous wife," the music producer and DJ shared on Instagram. "Happy to be on this quest w/ you!!!"

Now rumors of marriage first started surrounding the couple, who reportedly got together in 2014 but never confirmed, but last January they were spotted wearing matching rings on Instagram. However, nobody really knows whether they tied the knot back then or if he actually asked her on her birthday. Well at least we now know that they are now husband and wife.

Congratulations to the couple and happy belated birthday to Jhené!
