One Direction have been together for five years, and have given us music non stop. Now they feel it's their turn to take a break. After giving their last live performance at the final of X Factor, performing their hit single 'History' they have decided not to do a tour for their 5th album.
To continue the on going news from the boy band. Harry Styles has now signed with CAA management's Jeffrey Azoff, hinting to us that he might be trying to launch a solo career in the US. Just like his former band mate Zayn Malik.
Modest Management, who guided One Direction throughout their career, confirmed the news that the 22 year old singer was now being represented by the top Hollywood agency in a statement.
"We wish Harry the very best. It has been a real pleasure working with him…Harry is a total gentleman, and we know our good friend Jeffrey Azoff will look after him."
"We look forward to sharing some great wine with them next time we are in L.A," Modest executives said in a statement to Billboard.
In addition, reports suggest Harry is even contemplating moving away from Simon Cowell and his management firm SyCo. This is quite shocking as this is where One Direction were discovered.
What do you think of Harry's decision?
Is this going to hurt the fan base even more?
Even though, the news of Harry's new direction, sources say that the One Direction boys are staying loyal to their roots.
The source continued: 'The message from Harry to the other boys is pretty clear that he doesn’t see One Direction together for a long time if at all. Harry had a great time working with Modest and Syco... But the feeling is that he probably wants a completely fresh start and that could include his record company as well.'
Well good luck Harry on your solo career and hope everything works out.
