Kesha to stay with alleged abuser

Her day: The hitmaker is involved in a lawsuit with Dr Luke who she claims had drugged her and raped her when they collaborated on several of her songs
Singer Kesha was looking for a ban against her producer, Dr. Luke, who she alleges raped her in 2006. But has still been legally bound to continue making music with him. All she wants now is to be released from her contract with him.

The singer Kesha broke down in tears on Friday morning at the State Supreme Court in New York City as they refused to release her from a Sony contract, which means she must continue to work for the same company as her alleged rapist, the producer Dr Luke.

The judge, Supreme Court Justice Shirley Kornreich, told Kesha that Sony would suffer 'irreparable harm' if she did not abide by her contract to make six more albums with them. SIX MORE ALBUMS WITH THEM! After all she's been through, what do you mean six more albums?!

Now according to TMZ, the judge said she could always work with another producer at the label.
However, Kesha allegedly said that Sony will not promote her music if she refuses to work with Dr Luke.
